The Penthouse of Truth
This were Phoenix and his Horsemen come to relax after a hard day at the office. He will call them too gather here and talk about business and other things that needed addressing. It also serves as a place to bring new customers who will need our sevices.
These are Ragelyn's personal chambers. This is were she relaxes and host privite meets with members of Bloodline and other world leaders. The Duchess of Dario takes her duties to heart. The Horsmen of Lust will do anything to please her master Phoenix.
If there were a place for an angel to rest it would be here in the privite chamber of Raz. The Director of MoonLight and the Horseman of War, host the world's warlords and generals to try and keep the threat of war down and profitable.
When your the Horsemen of Earth and the Mistress of the Hunt, you have to eat, sleep, and be about the thrill of the chase. But when you rest you do it in style. Jailyn Jrask, the last Horsemen to join Phoenix and his vision to make a better life for them all. She needs a whole floor for herself and Phoebi along with the rest.
The newest member of Saints & Sinners is the lovely vampire Lyric Rickard who will work closely with Phoenix as his Aid. She will report to him of all things that go on in the building. This is were she and her pet Ryu will be sleeping. Or were she will host a party for her master when he come through.
On the back end of the tunnels is the place Phoenix goes to clear his head. His room was built half way under the bays that the Saints & Sinners Corp. building sit near. There are only a few others who have ever been this close to him that are allowed into this chamber.
Under the foundation of the Saints & Sinners Corp. building, Phoenix ordered the workers to dig tunnels and caves that would become his privite chambers. A dragon do need room to be a dragon you know. He comes down here alone to think, sleep, and do his training. Only he and his Horsemen are allowed down here were the company vault is kept and guarded.
